1. Schedule Time to Sleep

3. Shower after work
Doing an activity that can raise body temperature, especially at bedtime, will potentially make it more difficult to sleep. Bath before bedtime can affect your body temperature, so that also affect your sleep. It is advisable to take a bath immediately after you come home from work and not a shower when bedtime.
