How to Keep the Digestive System to Stay Healthy - Why digestion is one thing that is important in our body? because digestion prepare all the needs of the body and from there every what we eat will be streamed through every organ. Do not get in our digestive system to crash because even though we consume a variety of foods rich in vitamins if experiencing digestive problems, the substances that will be absorbed by our body to be reduced. In addition to requiring a variety of foods rich in vitamins in our body also requires knowledge of the way and a healthy attitude that our digestive process to the maximum. 7. Addressing and controlling stress wisely
